Pillar 04 · Design + Enablement

Retire the brand police. Arm the team instead.

Good work stalls when every asset needs a designer’s sign-off. We build templates in Canva, Slides, Figma and your email platform, the tools your team actually uses, then train your people until the on-brand version is also the fastest one. From our Sydney studio, wherever your team works.

Living any of this?

When the system lives in one person’s head, the brand moves at the speed of their inbox.

Every new initiative spins up its own landing pages, playbooks and decks with no central system, so the brand multiplies instead of compounding.
Your designers are stuck resizing, reformatting and fixing other people’s slides instead of doing the design work you hired them for.
The identity lives beautifully in Figma. Day-to-day comms happen in Canva, with no shared system between the two, and it shows.
Everything on-brand has to go through one person. They’re exhausted, they’re a bottleneck, and half the team just works around them.

What do you actually get?

Templates in the tools your team lives in, and the training to run them without you.

01

Canva brand templates

Social tiles, decks, one-pagers and documents built as locked, on-brand Canva templates: fast for the team, safe for the brand.

02

Slides & doc templates

Google Slides, PowerPoint and document starters that make the branded version the easy version. No more Frankendecks.

03

Email modules

Reusable modules in your email platform, so every campaign assembles from tested parts, the approach behind Zembl’s email design system.

04

Figma source of truth

The identity structured in Figma so design and non-design tools stay in sync: one system feeding every template.

05

Training that sticks

Hands-on sessions with your team in their own tools, on their real work, not a webinar. Good habits, installed.

06

Rollout & retirement

New templates in, old files out. We stage the rollout so the off-brand versions actually disappear instead of lingering in drives.

The process

How does it work?

It opens with the Review. The people who’ll use the templates help build them, which is most of why they get used.

01

The Review

60–90 minutes across your brand assets, tools and team workflow. You see exactly where the bottleneck lives.

02

Audit & discovery

We collect what the team actually makes week to week, the decks, tiles and emails, and find where the system breaks down or doesn’t exist.

03

Template build

Templates built in your tools, from your identity, against your real use cases, then stress-tested by the people who’ll use them daily.

04

Training & handover

The team learns the system on their own work, owners are named, old files retired. The system keeps running after we leave.

Proof it sticks.

Fair questions.

What teams ask before investing in templates and design enablement.

What’s included in brand templates and training?

Templates for the things your team makes most: decks, social tiles, one-pagers, documents and emails, built in the tools they already use, plus hands-on training to run them. You also get a Figma source of truth and a rollout plan that retires the old files, not just adds new ones.

Canva or Figma: which should our team use?

Usually both, doing different jobs. Figma holds the identity as the source of truth; Canva, Slides and your email platform are where the team self-serves day to day. The point of design enablement is that those layers stay connected, so speed for the team never means drift for the brand.

Will the team actually use the templates?

That’s what the training is for. Templates get built against your team’s real work and stress-tested by the people using them, then we train in their tools on live tasks. When the on-brand version is also the fastest version, adoption stops being a policing problem.

How long does a templates and training engagement take?

Most run 8–12 weeks through fixed-price phases: audit and discovery, template build, then training and handover. Smaller scopes, like a single deck system or email module set, can move faster; we’ll recommend the smallest scope that solves it.

What does it cost?

It starts with the Review: a small fee, credited toward the work. Core enablement builds run as fixed-price phases from low five figures (minimum $10k AUD), scaling with the number of tools, template families and teams to train.

One system · four ways in

Templates & Training keeps the system running day to day. The other pillars build what it runs on: the offer, the identity and the customer journey.

Tired of being the bottleneck?

The Review shows what to systemise first.

Show us what your team shipped last week, every deck, tile and email, and we’ll show you where templates would buy back the most time. The fee is small and gets credited if we end up working together.
